Sales Policy
Order Confirmation
- All orders must be confirmed by phone. If we are unable to reach you, your order will not be confirmed.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders if we cannot ensure the cake will be ready on time.
Cake Pickup
- Many of our cakes are delicate and can be easily damaged during transport.
- We are not responsible for any damage to cakes that are picked up from our store in proper condition.
- Please thoroughly inspect the cake upon pickup and only take it if it is in perfect condition.
Cake Specifications
- Most of our novelty and shaped cakes serve 25-30 people.
- Exact cake dimensions may vary as each cake is handcrafted.
- Our cakes are designed to have a large, impressive presence.
- We have not received any customer complaints regarding cake portions.
Cake Anatomy
- Some cake decorations, like 3D shapes or figures, may be made from non-edible materials like Styrofoam or wires.
- Cakes with multiple tiers use internal supports like wooden or plastic dowels for structural integrity.
- These non-edible supports should be removed before serving the cake, especially for children.
Cake Storage and Shelf Life
- We recommend ordering the cake for the same day it will be served.
- If storing overnight, the cake must be refrigerated.
- Sponge cakes will keep for 24 hours in the fridge after being cut.
Edible Decorations
- We can add edible printed images to most cakes.
- Please provide the highest quality image files possible, as quality may degrade when printed.
Ordering
- We require 2-3 working days’ notice for most cakes, or 1 week for wedding cakes.
- Our skilled decorators have limited availability, so early ordering is advised.
- Please review your order carefully before payment, as we create cakes based on the order details.
- If any details are left unspecified, we will use our own discretion.
Change of Delivery Date
- Changing the delivery date less than 72 hours prior to the confirmed time will incur a 50% charge.
- Please note our working hours are not 24/7, so delivery changes must be requested during normal business hours.
Payment and Delivery
- Full payment is required in advance, either online or by bank transfer.
- Deliveries in Dubai can be unpredictable due to traffic, so please order with ample time.
- Delivery timing is subject to availability.
- Cakes are always boxed for transport.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Full or partial refunds are available if the wrong product was sent, the product is defective, or it was damaged in shipping.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 5 days before pickup/delivery.
Complaints
- We take complaints very seriously and will work to correct any issues on the same day, if notified within 1 hour of receiving the cake.
- Cakes or portions must be returned the same day for review.
- The maximum refund is the value of the cake and delivery – no further compensation is available.
